There are many different types of mortgage consultants and the stereotype LCD Mortgage fit's into, is the minority in the mortgage industry today. We view our business differently than the others. When you ask us, “Why do you do, what you do?” You won’t hear the typical answer, “To make money.” We don’t ask, “How can I earn more money?” We ask, “How can I make a difference with the people in whom I have a professional relationship?” The label for this stereotype is-“Partner.”

Our goal is to create a symbiotic relationship. Typically, we would all enjoy greater loyalty and get to select which agents to partner together with. How often do you find yourself in a position of feeling, what can I do to get ahead at my place of employment? Naturally everyone tends to look at someone else in your line of work and try to mimic their actions. That can only work to a certain extent. At the end of the day it’s up to you to get out there and make a difference professionally and personally. This is why we trust and believe that the only way to make it in all aspects of real estate is to become partners with the right people.
